CAA Code of Ethics for Arbitrators
To maintain impartiality and independence of arbitrators, CAA stipulated the Code of Ethics for Arbitrators in 2000, and revised it in December 2001, 2009 and 2016. Every appointed arbitrator of CAA-administered arbitration is required to abide by the Code of Ethics. Pursuant to Article 23 of the Rules on Arbitration Institution, Mediation Procedures, and Fees, the CAA Ethics Committee may, at its discretion, revoke the listing of a panelist for severe contravention of the Code of Ethics.
