As part of the Taiwan Arbitration Week events, the 2^nd Gongduan Cup Arbitration Moot Competition, a simulated arbitration hearing for young lawyers was held on 15-16 October 2020. The two-day competition resulted in two teams for the final round. National Chiao Tung University emerged as the winner whilst National Chung Hsing University got second place.
 
The competition aims to provide an opportunity for young lawyers in Taiwan to gain a deeper understanding of the arbitration process, to encourage critical engagement of legal issues, and to aspire them to future arbitration practice.
